In May, Bingo said it plans to launch a buyout bid for all the shares it does not yet own in Ingram, after becoming an owner of a 67.4549% stake in the Srebrenik-based company.
This is the retailer's first investment in the construction sector.
Ingram operates two mines, a lime factory and a factory for concrete elements.
