December 14 (SeeNews) - Bosnian aluminum producer Aluminij Industries, part of Israel's M.T. Abraham Group, signed a two-year agreement to supply 300,000 metric tonnes of primary remelt aluminum to British-Swiss company Glencore International, Aluminij said.
Glencore also committed to selling more than 230,000 metric tonnes of primary aluminum alloy billets under a separate offtake contract with Aluminij, the Bosnian company said in a press release sent to SeeNews on Monday.
The value of the two agreements was not disclosed.
Established in 1975, Aluminij has an annual aluminum production capacity of over 180,000 metric tonnes.
