July 22 (SeeNews) - Passengers at Bosnia and Herzegovina's four international airports totalled 231,907 in June, up compared with 105,434 in the same month a year earlier, Bosnia's Civil Aviation Directorate said.
The busiest airport in June was the Sarajevo International Airport, which handled 154,887 passengers, followed by the Tuzla International Airport with 40,207 passengers, the Civil Aviation Directorate said in a statement earlier this week.
Next came the Banja Luka-based airport with 35,871 passengers and the Mostar airport with 942 passengers in June.
Total operations at Bosnia's four international airports rose to 2,597 in June 2022 from 1,691 in June 2021.
Passengers at Bosnia's four international airports totalled 1.2 million in 2021, up by 131.94% compared with 2020.
