May 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Agram [SAJ:AGRLR], which operates a chain of stations for technical inspection of vehicles, said it will distribute a dividend of 10.60 marka ($5.8/5.4 euro) per share for 2022, lower compared with the year before.
Agram's shareholders approved the plan at a meeting on May 26, the company said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) on Monday.
Agram paid out a dividend of 13 marka per share for 2021.
The company booked a net profit of 1.4 million marka in 2022, down from 1.8 million marka generated the previous year.
