July 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Adriatic Osiguranje [SASE:BSOSRK1] said its net profit grew 2.2% on the year to 4.6 million marka ($2.4 million/2.35 million euro) in the first six months of 2022.
The insurer's gross written premiums went up 17.6% year-on-year to 41.4 million marka in the January-June period, Adriatic Osiguranje said in an interim financial report on Thursday.
Net fee and commission revenue dropped to 233,461 marka in the first half of 2022 from 396,842 marka in the like period a year earlier.
Operating costs rose by an annual 17.1% to 14.9 million marka in the period under review.
The company's assets totalled 122.6 million marka at the end of June, up from 116.5 million marka at the end of 2021.
Adriatic Osiguranje's shares last traded on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on July 15, when they closed flat at 500 marka.
