October 7 (SeeNews) - Indirect tax revenue in Bosnia rose 5.5% on the year to 5.936 billion marka ($3.3 billion/3.0 billion euro) in the first nine months of 2019, the country's indirect taxation authority said on Monday.
Following VAT reimbursement to taxpayers, the nine-month net revenue totalled 4.848 billion marka, up 5.3% year-on-year, the indirect taxation authority said in a statement.
The net revenue will be distributed to the state-level government, to the governments of Bosnia's two constituent entities - the Federation and the Serb Republic, and to the Brcko district.
Most of the money, 2.720 billion marka, will go to the Federation, the Serb Republic will get 1.388 billion marka, the state-level institutions will receive 557 million marka, and the remaining 147 million marka will go to Brcko.
