November 23 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's trade deficit for the first 10 months of 2007 rose to 6.464 billion marka ($4.970 billion/3.288 billion euro) from 4.928 billion marka a year earlier, as imports rose faster than exports, the Bosnian Statistics Agency said on Friday.
Exports through October rose by 15.5% year-on-year to 4.945 billion marka, while imports increased by 23.9% to 11.409 billion marka, the statistics office said in a statement posted on its website.

Bosnia, which has been divided into a Serb Republic and a Muslim-Croat Federation since the 1992-1995 war, imported mainly food and oil products and exported aluminium, raw steel and furniture.
