September 26 (SeeNews) - Trznica Banja Luka, a Bosnian wholesaler and operator of outdoor markets, said on Wednesday it would invest 12 million marka ($8.7 million/6.1 million euro) into the building of a parking garage in the town of Banja Luka.
The parking facility will be built under a public-private partnership with the Banja Luka municipality. Trznica will finance the construction and the equipment of the garage, while the municipality will provide the land plot, the company said in a statement to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The new garage, to be built near Trznica’s biggest outdoor market, will operate as a unit of the company but will issue separate balance sheets, the statement said.
It gave no details about the planned number of parking places in the garage, nor any timeframe for its construction.
