June 14 (SeeNews) - Sarajevo-based Coca-Cola HBC B-H is cutting its share capital to 5.6 million marka ($3.22 million/2.86 million euro) from 66.9 million marka in order to make payments to its founder, the Netherlands-based CC Beverages Holdings II B.V., local media reported on Friday.
The decision was taken on May 28, news website Indikator.ba reported, quoting an article in the official gazette of Bosnia's Federation .
The article is also reportedly saying that the company is ready to meet its obligations to its creditors, or issue guarantees for them, and is therefore calling on the creditors to send information on their claims towards Coca-Cola HBC B-H.
