SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), January 21 (SeeNews) – Bosnian trading firm TC ZONA said it plans to launch a buyout bid for local agriculture company Planina.
TC ZONA said in a filing to the Banja Luka bourse it already owned 59.61% of Planina divided into 1,250,690 shares of a 1.0 marka ($0.7/0.5 euro) in par value each and will shortly launch a bid to buy out all the remaining shares.

Planina’s capital is distributed into 2,098,106 stocks of 1.0 marka in par value each.
Planina stock was last traded on Wednesday, climbing 4.0% to 0.104 marka as 14,552 shares changed hands.
