January 24 (SeeNews) - Bosnian railway operators Zeljeznica Republike Srpske (ZRS) and Zeljeznica Federacije BiH, and their Serbian peer Srbija Kargo have agreed the terms of a planned agreement for transportation of coal for Serbian power utility Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) in 2023, ZRS said.
The proposed contract concerns the transportation of 400,000 tonnes of coal from Croatia's Adriatic port of Ploce to Serbia through the territory of Bosnia, ZRS said in a press release on Monday.
The value of the planned agreement remained undisclosed.
ZRS is the railway operator of Serb Republic, whereas Zeljeznica Federacije BiH is the railway operator of the Federation. The Serb Republic and the Federation are two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina.
