July 25 (SeeNews) - Bosnian hydropower complex Hidroelektrane na Drini [BANJ:HEDR-R-A] said on Monday its net profit plummeted to 516,800 marka ($290,200/264,200 euro) in the first half from 1.9 million marka in the same period last year.
Operating income dropped 17.1% on the year to 16.1 million marka through June, while operating costs fell 11.8% to an equal 16.1 million marka, Hidroelektrane na Drini said in a filing with the Banja Luka bourse.
Hidroelektrane na Drini is located in the eastern part of the Serb Republic, which together with the Muslim-Croat Federation forms Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The complex, with an installed capacity of 315 MW, is one of three hydro power groups in the Serb Republic. The other two are located on the banks of the Trebisnjica and Vrbas rivers.
