August 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnian power distribution company Elektrokrajina [BANJ:EKBL-R-A] said its net profit grew to 5.3 million marka ($3.2 million/2.7 million euro) in the first half of 2017 from 3.1 million marka in the like period of last year.
Operating income rose 7.6% on the year in the first half of 2017 to 113.9 million marka, while operating costs increased 4% to 111.7 million marka, Elektrokrajina said in a filing with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on Monday.
Elektrokrajina is a unit of the Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske power utility.
