February 19 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's largest pastry producer, Mira, said on Wednesday its net profit remained unchanged year-on-year at 1.35 million marka ($745,400/690,250 euro) in 2019.
The company's operating income rose to 23.2 million marka in 2019, from 21.7 million marka a year earlier, Mira said in a financial statement filed with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
Operating costs also rose in 2019, to 21.6 million marka from 20.6 million marka a year earlier.
At present, Croatian confectioner Kras [ZSE:KRAS] controls 76% of Mira's share capital, with the remainder belonging to smaller shareholders.
Mira is based in the northwestern town of Prijedor, in the Serb Republic, one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
