July 4 (SeeNews) - Bosnian insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BANJ:KDVO] said on Thursday it is reducing its share capital to 15.3 million marka ($8.8 million/7.8 million euro) from 20.4 million marka, in order to cover accumulated loss.
Following the move, the number of Dunav Osiguranje's shares will fall to 153,413, with the par value to remain unchanged at 100 marka apiece, the insurer said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
Dunav Osiguranje swung to a 1.7 million marka net loss in 2018 from a net profit of 34,817 marka in 2017.
