May 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnian cement factory Tvornica Cementa Kakanj [SAJ:TCMKR] has said it will pay out a dividend of 1.77 marka ($1.0/0.9 euro) per share this year, up from 1.68 marka per share the company distributed in 2018.
TCK will distribute the dividend from its 2018 profit, it said in a filing to the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) on Friday, following an annual shareholdders' meeting.
The company's net profit increased to 16.8 million marka in 2018 from 15.9 million marka in the previous year.
Tvornica Cementa Kakanj is majority-owned by Dutch-based CEEM Investment, a unit of Germany's HeidelbergCement.
TCK is based in Kakanj, in the Federation, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
