Brokerino should now pay the agreed price within 30 days.
The store covers an area of 767 square metres. Its estimated value is 3.8 million marka, the report said.
The second best bid of 3.575 million marka was submitted by the current leaseholder of the department store - BF Komerc, while local businessman Amir Velagic offered to pay 3.57 million marka.
The sale attracted the interest of 13 bidders since the property is in an attractive location in the centre of the town.
Velika Kladusa-based Agrokomerc used to be one of the biggest food manufacturers in former Yugoslavia, employing some 13,000 workers at its heyday. It also used to export its products across Europe.
In 2014, the privatisation agency of Bosnia's Federation put Agrokomerc in the list of companies to be privatised. Since it could not find a buyer willing to overtake the company's complete liabilities, including overdue debt and unpaid salaries and social benefits, the agency started selling Agrocomerc's assets piecemeal.
In 2017, Bosnian private holding AS Group via its Velika Kladusa-based subsidiary AC Food, took over Agrokomerc's production units.
