October 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnian brewer Banjalucka Pivara's [BANJ:BLPV-R-A] said on Tuesday its net profit plummeted to 402,088 marka ($228,109/205,584 euro) in the first nine months of 2019, from 3.7 million marka in the comparable period of last year.
The company's operating revenue fell by an annual 4.9% to 37.5 million marka in January-September, while operating costs rose by 3.5% to 35.1 million marka, it said in an interim financial statement filed to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).
The company's total assets amounted to 81.8 million marka at end-September, compared to 77.1 million marka a year earlier.
In the first half of 2019, the brewer turned to a net loss of 1.1 million marka from a net profit of 1.5 million marka in the like period of 2018.
