May 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) said it has delisted the shares of local retail company Prehrana-Promet [SAJ:PREH] following the company's transformation into a limited liability company.
SASE has delisted 548,818 shares of Prehrana-Promet, each with a par value of 6.90 marka ($3.8/3.5 euro), the stock exchange operator said in a statement on Wednesday.
Prehrana-Promet said in December its shareholders have approved a plan to transform the company from a joint stock entity into a limited liability company and delist its shares from the Sarajevo bourse.
Prehrana-Promet is majority-owned by local retailer Bingo.
