SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), June 26 (SeeNews) – Bosnia will put up for sale 1.9 million shares of metal processing company Unis [SAJ:UMISRK2] at a starting price of 3.56 marka ($2.5/1.8 euro) each via an auction on the Sarajevo stock exchange, the Sarajevo bourse said on Thursday.
The auction will be held on July 4, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange said in statement on its website.

Unis’s equity capital is divided into 4,144,165 shares. The state is the company's biggest shareholder, with a 45.85% stake, according to bourse data.
Unis is based in Sarajevo, in the Muslim-Croat Federation. The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina, the other is the Serb Republic.
