September 3 (SeeNews) - The value of construction output in Bosnia's Serb Republic fell by 13.0% year-on-year and was down 1.3% on the month in July, data of the Republic's Statistics Office showed.
In the first seven months of 2009, the value of construction works in Bosnia's Serb Republic increased by an annual 2.4%, the Republic's Statistics Office said in a statement on its website.
The statistics office stopped issuing monthly figures for the value of construction works at the beginning of 2008. Currently, it provides information on month-on-month an year-on-year percentage changes only.
NOTE: The Serb Republic, which together with the Muslim-Croat Federation makes up post-war Bosnia, is the smaller of the country's two autonomous parts, with a population of some 1.5 million.
