SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 8 (SeeNews) – Bosnia sold a 40.83% stake in metal processing company Unis [SAJ:UMISRK2] via the Sarajevo bourse for 5.18 million marka ($3.3 million/2.6 million euro), the operator of the Sarajevo Stock Exchange said on Wednesday.
A total of 1.7 million Unis shares were sold at a price of 3.05 marka per stock on October 7, the Sarajevo bourse said.

The privatisation agency of the Muslim-Croat Federation sold the stake on behalf the entity's energy ministry.
The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
The equity capital of Sarajevo-based Unis is divided into 4,144,165 shares.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina, the other is the Serb Republic.
