* Thursday, November 15 – Sarajevo: The head of the European Commission delegation to Bosnia, Dimitris Kourkoulas, to open a conference, Convergence of Media: the New Challenge for Regulators in Europe and Bosnia. (0900 GMT)
* Thursday, November 15 – Sarajevo: The members of Bosnia’s tripartite presidency continue a series of consultations with Bosnian political parties on nominating a new prime minister-designate after the resignation of Nikola Spiric on November 1.
* Thursday, November 15 – Sarajevo: The two chambers of the central parliament continue a joint session on the political crisis in Bosnia after the resignation of Prime Minister Nikola Spiric on November 1.
