June 18 (SeeNews) - Bosnia may launch the privatisation of BH Telecom and HT Mostar once it completes a due diligence study on these two projects, local media reported on Tuesday.
The potential privatisation of the two telecom operators could result in significant inflow of foreign investments, news wire Klix.ba reported, quoting the 2020-2022 Economic Prospects prepared by the country's directorate for economic planning, DEP.

DEP has drafted the document for the needs of the Bosnian government, giving preliminary forecasts for the main economic developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina based on analysis of the economic trends in the country and abroad.
Bosnia, a country of some 3.5 million, has three telecommunication companies. State-controlled HT Mostar and BH Telecom are both based in the Federation, while Telekom Srpske is active in the Serb Republic. The Republic and the Federation make up Bosnia.
Telekom Srpske is majority-owned by Serbian state-controlled Telekom Srbija.
