November 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said that Vasil Velev, who is a member of the company's board of directors, has acquired 1,512 shares in the company at a weighted average price per share of 5 levs ($2.82/2.56 euro).
Velev acquired the shares on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on November 14, Stara Planina Hold said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
The 1,388 shares are equal to 0.007% of the company's capital.
Velev held 375,100 shares in Stara Planina Hold at the end of June, according to the latest available data.
As at 8:30 CET on Friday, Stara Planina Hold shares traded at 5 levs, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The company's investment portfolio includes companies from the sectors of machine building, electrical engineering and perfumery and cosmetics.
