August 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Friday that Vasil Velev, and executive member of the company's board of directors, has acquired 22,000 shares in the company for 111,100 levs ($63,000/57,000 euro).
Velev acquired the shares through two deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on August 27 and 28, both priced at 5.0 levs per share, Stara Planina Hold said in a bourse filing.
The 22,000 shares are equal to 0.1% of the company's capital.
Velev held 375,100 shares in Stara Planina Hold at the end of June, according to the company's interim financial statement.
As at 14:05 CET on Friday, Stara Planina Hold shares traded 1.0% higher at 5.05 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Stara Planina Hold's investment portfolio includes companies from the sectors of machine building, electrical engineering and perfumery and cosmetics.
