January 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH] said on Monday that the chairman of its board of directors, Georgi Marinov, has acquired 66,000 shares in the company at the price of 0.7779 levs ($0.43/0.39 euro) per share.
The shares were purchased in several transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday, the company said in a filing. The price implies a transaction value of 51,341 levs.

Shares in Sirma Group closed at 0.745 levs on Friday, bourse data showed. As at 1239 CET on Monday, the stock traded 1.34% higher at 0.755 levs.
Earlier this month, Sirma Group shareholders approved a dividend of 0.015 levs per share for the first half of 2022. They also voted to extend a share buyback programme of up to 20 million levs until August 25, 2024.
