May 25 (SeeNews) - Svetozar Mihajlovic, the largest shareholder of Bosnian tobacco producer Duvan Bjeljina [BANJ:DUVN-R-A], said on Thursday that he has raised his stake in the company to 78.556233% from 29.998073% following a takeover bid.
Duvan shareholders holding a total of 2,404,434 shares, or 48.55816% stake, among themselves accepted Mihajlovic's takeover bid, Mihajlovic said in a bourse filing.

Mihajlovic offered 0.215 marka ($0.12/0.11 euro) per each Duvan share in the takeover bid.
Duvan's share capital is divided into 4,951,658 shares with a par value of 1 marka each.
The company's shares last traded on the Banja Luka bourse on February 2, closing 17.65% higher at 0.20 marka.
