"Elias Valavanis is the perfect partner for Berlin Packaging as we expand our operations to the Balkans and continue to augment our Mediterranean glass business," Paolo Recrosio, CEO of Berlin Packaging Europe, noted in a press release published earlier this week.
Berlin Packaging has committed to retaining all employees and locations of the Greek company, which marked its 15th acquisition in Europe since 2016, and its 5th inorganic growth investment in the region since the start of 2021.
