BELGRADE (Serbia), August 18 (SeeNews) – Serbian public utility company Beogradski vodovod i kanalizacija intends to launch a 7.3 million euro ($8.6 million) tender for water treatment plant overhaul and electric equipment procurement in Belgrade, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said on Friday.
The project will require the procurement of works for the refurbishment of water treatment plant Makis 1 and electric equipment for water pumping station Sava, the bank said in a statement.
Tendering for the project is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2017, the EBRD said.
The contracts will be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD, the bank added.
