September 19 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed up on Monday amid a lower turnover, bourse data showed.
The total turnover on the bourse went down to 2.5 million dinars ($21,300/21,300 euro) on Monday from 72.4 million dinars generated on Friday.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.37% at 849.82 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.31% to 1,732.64.
Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] led the blue-chip gainers list, as its shares went up 3.42% to 1,665 dinars.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 384,300 dinars.
