March 27 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade bourse closed 0.34% higher at 894.17 points on Monday, boosted by rises in construction company Jedinstvo [BEL:JESV] and Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO], bourse data showed.
Jedinstvo gained 2.03% to 7,499 dinars, according to data from the Belgrade Stock Exchange. Twenty-seven of its shares changed hands in a turnover of 202,473 dinars.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla generated the largest turnover on the bourse on Monday. A total of 118 its shares changed hands in a turnover of 223,969 dinars. Aerodrom closed 1.88% higher at 1,900 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, also gained ground closing 0.26% up at 1,794.92.
The bourse's total trading turnover amounted to 3.4 million dinars ($31,000/28,700 euro), down from 9.4 million dinars on Friday as 49 transactions were carried out. Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 2 million of the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
