September 29 (SeeNews) - Household appliances maker Alfa Plam [BEL:ALFA] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as stock indices went up, bourse data showed.
A total of nine Alfa Plam shares changed hands in a turnover of 206,400 dinars. Aerodrom closed up 16.4% at 22,933 dinars.
Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] generated the highest turnover of 1.5 million dinars among the blue-chips on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday. Its shares closed down 0.08% at 1,182 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.45% at 827.24 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.53% at 1,716.82.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 2.2 million dinars ($18,000/18,700 euro) on Thursday, down from 104.0 million dinars on Wednesday, as 79 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 140,049 dinars.
