September 28 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices edged up on Tuesday, as trading turnover declined, bourse data showed.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.06% at 801.35 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.05% at 1,694.97.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange of 688,800 dinars on Tuesday. Its shares closed flat at 1,050 dinars.
Cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] was the only blue-chip gainer, as its share price rose 0.55% to 1,840 dinars.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 4.1 million dinars ($40,000/34,000 euro) on Tuesday, down from 52.9 million dinars on Monday, as 48 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 1.7 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 575,562 dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Tuesday.
