January 10 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices ticked down on Monday, with oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
NIS ended Monday's session down 0.16% at 620 dinars, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.05% at 825.64 points.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 0.02% at 1,735.14.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 3.2 million dinars ($30,800/27,200 euro) on Monday, up from 500,550 dinars on January 5, as 22 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 64,624 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 2.2 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
The Belgrade Stock Exchange was closed on January 6 and 7, due to a public holiday.
