January 25 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session lower, with oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] pacing the decliners, bourse data showed.
NIS' shares fell 1.45% to 611 dinars on Tuesday, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.04% at 859.33 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 0.02% at 1,779.98.
The total trading turnover on the bourse went down to 4.3 million dinars ($41,200/36,600 euro) on Tuesday from 414.8 million dinars generated on Monday.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 123,618 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 3.6 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Tuesday.
