January 18 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices went up on Tuesday, supported by gains in lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN], bourse data showed.
Komercijalna's shares closed at 4,963 dinars on Tuesday, up 20% from the previous trading day, data showed.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 4.17% at 860.67 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 2.06% at 1,781.50.
Oil and gas company NIS dominated the daily bourse turnover, as its shares switched hands in transactions worth a total of 190,046 dinars.
The total trading turnover on the bourse went up to 1.3 million dinars ($12,500/11,000 euro) on Tuesday from 456,601 dinars generated on Monday.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 903,883 dinars.
