November 18 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Belgrade Stock Exchange dropped on Monday in subdued trading, as airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] contributed more than half of the daily turnover, bourse data showed.
Blue-chip Aerodrom Nikola Tesla's shares gained 0.24% to a closing price of 850 dinars in a turnover of 4.27 million dinars.
Agricultural chemicals producer Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] was the biggest blue-chip loser on Monday, dropping 3.29% to 2,909 dinars.
At the opposite end, industrial gases producer Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price rose 0.93% to 13,020 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.37% lower at 766.47 points, after edging up 0.02% on Friday.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, dropped 0.49% to 1,646.02 after closing flat on Friday.
The total trading turnover of the Belgrade Stock Exchange plunged to 7.8 million dinars ($73,500/66,400 euro) on Monday, from Friday's 27.1 million dinars, as 89 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the exchange generated a turnover of 1.5 million dinars.
No Treasury bonds changed hands on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday.
