October 17 (SeeNews) - Belgrade's stock indices ended mixed on Monday, as turnover jumped, bourse data indicated.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, tracking the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, edge up 0.03% to 640.31 after increasing 0.63% on Friday.
The broader BELEXline index dropped 0.01% to 1,446.87 after rising 0.78% in the previous trading session.
Total turnover surged to 693.9 million dinars ($6.2 million/5.6 million euro) from 31.6 million dinars on Friday.
Agricultural chemicals producer Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] was the biggest blue chip gainer, adding 1.21% to 2,750 dinars with 200 shares changing hands.
Civil engineering group Energoprojekt Holding [BEL:ENHL] paced the blue chip losers, shedding 2.39% to 1,264 dinars as 65 shares were sold.
Airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] was also the most traded blue-chip company with a daily turnover of 3.8 million dinars. It's stock closed up 1.08% at 1,029 dinars.
