January 27 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed higher on Thursday after falling for three trading days in a row, as insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] paced the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Dunav's shares closed Thursday's session 1.81% higher at 2,750 dinars, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed.
At the other end, cookware maker Metalac [BEL:MTLC] saw the largest share price drop among the blue chips, of 3.21%. Its shares closed at 1,810 dinars on Thursday.
The total trading turnover on the bourse went down to 239.9 million dinars ($2.3 million/2.0 million euro) on Thursday from 796.7 million dinars generated on Wednesday.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 2.6 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 235.7 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Thursday.
