September 21 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange said it has delisted the shares of Alta Banka at the company's request.
The shares were delisted after Alta Pay acquired 100% of Alta Banka's shares, the stock exchange said in a statement on Wednesday.

Alta Banka recorded a net loss of 14.5 million dinars ($133,000/123,700 euro) in 2022, compared with a net profit of 17.6 million dinars in the previous year.
The company’s shares last traded on May 26, closing at 4,000 dinars apiece.
