March 21 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.19% higher at 896.98 points on Tuesday, boosted by gains at industrial gases producer Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] and Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL: AERO], bourse data showed.
Messer Tehnogas closed 1.01% higher at 13,435 dinars in a volume of 55 shares.
Aerodrom Nikola Tesla generated the highest turnover on the bourse on Tuesday. A total of 630 Aerodrom shares changed hands in a turnover of 1.2 million dinars. Aerodrom Nikola Tesla's stock closed 0.81% higher at 1,861 dinars
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, also closed in positive territory - up 0.14%% at 1,802.34.
The bourse's total trading turnover slumped to 6.1 million dinars ($56,100/51,800 euro) from 67.5 million dinars on Monday.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 320,350 dinars of the total turnover on the stock exchange on Tuesday.
