May 8 (SeeNews) - Belgian phosphate and fluorine products manufacturer Prayon said that it has acquired assets from Ecophos, including the semi-industrial demonstration plant of Technophos in Bulgaria.
"The process portfolio proposed by Ecophos is complementary to that offered by Prayon through its licensing division. We will continue to promote them in parallel as they have their own particular specificities," Marc Collin, CTO of Prayon, said in a statement earlier this week.
