May 25 (SeeNews) - Belgium's energy company MSIE will invest over 5 million euro ($5.4 million) in the construction of a solar film factory in North Macedonia, the country's economy minister, Kreshnik Bekteshi, said.
MSIE is considering building a plant in the municipalities of Petrovec or Ilinden in the capital Skopje, Bekteshi said in a Facebook post on Wednesday.
The investment will open about 150 job positions in the first phase, the economy minister added.
MSIE offers a range of solutions for solar energy projects.
