September 7 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 1.02% higher at 890.94 points on Thursday, as insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] led the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Dunav added 3.42% to 998 dinars. A total of 1,613 Dunav shares changed hands, generating the day's largest turnover of 1.6 million dinars.
Industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] closed 1.60% higher at 15,901 dinars.
At the other end, Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] was the only blue-chip loser, closing 4.50% lower at 5,864 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed 0.04% lower at 1,819.81 points.
The total turnover on the Belgrade bourse plummeted to 7.4 million dinars ($67,500/63,000 euro) from 809.6 million dinars on Wednesday. There was no trading in Treasury bonds on Thursday.
