June 7 (SeeNews) - Belarus-based machine engineering company Amkodor is interested in taking over some of the units of Serbian state-controlled hydraulic and pneumatic equipment manufacturer Prva Petoletka, Belgrade-based media reported on Friday.
Amkodor is interested in taking over the Cilindri factory for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders, power steering making unit Servoupravljaci and electroplating plant TMO, news portal Tanjugbiz.rs reported.

The Serbian company is hoping to wrap up the deals during the summer, Tanjugbiz said, quoting Prva Petoletka director Ljubisav Panic.
The Prva Petoletka conglomerate consists of the namesake parent company and 16 enterprises which are organized as joint stock companies. Its headquarters and main production facilities are located in the central town of Trstenik.
Amkodor produces special type of machinery. It makes road construction, utility, snow removal, agricultural, timber, airfield cleaning, peat industry and other types of machinery and equipment.
