June 15 (SeeNews) - Austrian insurer UNIQA has become the sole owner of its Sarajevo-based unit following the successful completion of a buyout bid, the operator of the Sarajevo bourse said.
UNIQA has paid 1,249.00 marka ($714.6/638.6) per share for the 22 ordinary shares of UNIQA Osiguranje Sarajevo, representing 0.1202% of the total number of shares, the bourse said in a filing on Wednesday.

The buyout offer was accepted by 4 shareholders.
Prior to the buyout bid, UNIQA controlled 99.8798% of its Bosnian unit.
