June 21 (SeeNews) - Copper producer Aurubis Bulgaria said that its shareholders have endorsed the company's plan to distribute a total of 202.4 million levs ($115.9 million/103.5 million euro) as dividend for 2018.
The copper maker paid 20.8 million levs as dividend for 2017, or 1 lev per share.
Aurubis Bulgaria's dividend payout will amount to a gross 9.73 levs per share for 2018, the minutes from the company's shareholders meeting showed.
The company's non-consolidated net profit fell to 202.4 million levs in 2018 from 393.6 million levs in 2017.
Aurubis Bulgaria is a unit of Hamburg-based copper producer Aurubis.
