SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), August 27 (SeeNews) – Austria's Asamer Baustoffe plans to use its right to squeeze out minority shareholders in Bosnian cement plant Fabrika Cementa Lukavac [SAJ:FCMLR] in order to acquire the 0.4565% stake it does not yet control in the company, a notice posted with the Sarajevo bourse on Monday shows.
Asamer Baustoffe will shortly submit a request to the securities authority of Bosnia's Federation for the transfer of voting shares from the minority shareholders to itself, the notice shows.

The company will reimburse the minority shareholders with 156.47 marka ($93.4/80.0 euro) per share.
The Austrian company in June increased its stake in the Lukavac cement plant by 0.2142% via a takeover bid.
Fabrika Cementa Lukavac's capital is divided into 820,613 regular ordinary shares worth a nominal 100 marka each.
