March 17 (SeeNews) - Arkia Israeli Airlines will launch regular seasonal flights linking Bulgaria's Plovdiv with Tel Aviv in Israel on March 26, Plovdiv airport told SeeNews on Friday.
Arkia will fly the route twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays, between March 26 and October 26, Plovdiv Airport said in an emailed statement in response to a SeeNews enquiry.
Israel's second-biggest airline flies over a million passengers a year on domestic and international flights. It also operates charter flights and scheduled flights to various European destinations.
